These forms can be used for the Birchwood Elementary School, Elementary Middle School, High School, Public Montessori, Blue Hills Charter School, or Bobcat Virtual Academy. Open Enrollment Information
Non-resident students will need to make application between Feb 3 and April 30, 2025 using the open enrollment application either via DPI's online site; http://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment, or by obtaining a paper application from Birchwood School (Tel: 715-354-3471).
Non-resident students who missed the April Open Enrollment deadline will need to make application after July 1.
